Through our training, executive coaching, classes, professional speaking, and proprietary corporate programs we help identify, own, and believe in their brilliance. We help brilliant people, especially women, get unstuck and start owning their brilliant ideas and bankability. We believe people who own their brilliance offer amazing contributions to corporate structures and excel in entrepreneurship. As a legal professional who was often the only black woman in the room, I had to learn how to confidentially present my knowledge, recognize that my presence was important, and believe in my brilliance even when it was being questioned.
