Can I speak to an attorney now?
All calls and consultations are by appointment only. If this is your first time speaking with Attorney Miller, you must schedule a 20-minute or 60-minute consultation. If you are a current client, please use your client follow-up link to discuss that matter our office is currently handling for you. New issues require a new consultation call. We are ready to give you the excellent legal guidance that you need.

Are Consultations Free?
No. After doing free consultations for a few years, we have found that free consultations usually attract people who want free legal advice or people who are not serious about retaining an attorney. Consultations are not just conversations; they are diagnostic directive sessions with a legal expert who has spent years studying and practicing law.
Time is one of our most valuable assets, and we want to reserve our time for those ready and willing to work with us.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?
We now offer a payment plan option for some services. At our law firm, we offer flat fees, subscription services, and hourly rate services. Our package descriptions outline the services covered and clients are advised of additional fees in advance. Fees are not negotiable, but they are subject to attorney discretion.
