About the Role

We are seeking a part-time contract Intake Specialist. This position is for an enthusiastic goal-oriented individuals that have the ability to work in a fast-growing business environment. In this role you manage the process of onboarding new clients and you will be responsible for the following:

Working with office staff and clients

Checking office voice message and email messages as well as collect paperwork

Following up with clients after they submit intake forms if information is missing.

Provide general office support to staff and contractors

Work a flexible schedule while timely handling all work

This is a part-time contract position that could become full-time. The base pay is $18/hr with quarterly bonuses. The requirements include the following:

  • Associates degree preferred, but not required

  • Sales experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to work on various websites at the same time

  • Work proactively in an office support position with little direction and supervision

  • Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-growing law office and business

  • Willingness to learn new skills while offering value to the office

  • You need to be resourceful and willing to work proficiently in a challenging environment

  • Enjoy your time working with our team and serving our clients
